Bakers and Confectioners

Metal sheathed heating elements are the principal products for use within bread and confectionery ovens.

Tubular elements are designed with reduced low surface watts densities – helping to ensure uniform cooking and avoid burning food.

The surface heat transfer of our tubular elements is improved by black annealing, which increases element performance in terms of durability and output.

We also design and produce specialized etched foil heaters elements backed with self-adhesive silicone, particularly suitable for heated tops and display cabinets.

We produce elements specifically designed for use in damp environments, such as those used in dough raising chambers or rooms. Metal sheathed elements are supplied with wiring and have vulcanized rubber protection sealing the connecting areas.
